Participants will learn strategies on how to live better with osteoarthritis of the neck or back in this three-hour workshop led by a physiotherapist from the Arthritis Society. Topics will include learning how to better understand your diagnosis, possible causes of pain, as well as good posture habits and strategies for easing daily activities.

This is a drop-in and social space for LGBT youth to connect with each other in the community. The goal of this group is to provide a relaxed place to get together, access resources and support LGBT topics/issues. This group is held the FIRST and THIRD Wednesday of each month! In addition to this drop-in, this group holds special events for youth such as:
- Tea parties
- Movie nights
- Education presentations
- Guest speaker events
- Discussion groups (about coping strategies, mental health, etc.)
This group is guided by the interests and imaginations of the youth involved. It is facilitated by supportive adults! Eventually youth will be trained to facilitate this group themselves!
