Indigenous Youth Series: The 4 Sacred Plants and Métis Culture @ Chigamik Online Zoom Sessions

This workshop is being offered by the North Simcoe Youth Wellness Hub, in partnership with Chigamik Community Health Centre. This workshop is free and available to youth between the ages of 12 and 25 years of age.

What is this workshop about?
In this workshop, Healer, Pamela Tremblay-Hayes, will provide a teaching about the Four Sacred Medicine Plants to help youth learn about Métis traditional knowledge. A discussion around how to use the plants for holistic health and healing and the meaning of ‘holistic’ as it relates to spirit-mind-body and emotions will also be shared. All participants will be mailed four plants at no cost, prior to the workshop.
