“Red Scarf” Knitting Project

"Red Scarf" Knitting Project

The Gilbert Centre’s Red Scarf Project’s goal is to improve the lives of those living with, affected by and at risk for HIV/AIDS. Participants are asked to knit red scarves to help raise awareness about HIV/AIDS. Once completed, the scarves will be picked up, placed into plastic bags and delivered to local homeless shelters and food banks. *All knitting supplies will be provided at no cost and an online tutorial will be available to those who need guidance.
