Emergency Food Program

In response to the financial burden COVID-19 is having on the North Simcoe community, Chigamik is launching the next round of its Emergency Food Program beginning on February 16th, 2021. Through this program, eligible participants will have access to a bag of produce every Monday for ten consecutive weeks (due to the statutory holiday, the program will start on Tuesday, February 16th and return to Mondays for the next nine weeks). *Quantities are limited and based on a first come first served model.
To be eligible for this program, you must identify as having emergency food related challenges and you must reside in Chigamik’s primary catchment area which includes: Midland, Township of Tiny, Tay Township and Penetanguishene.
How to Access:
Please complete the online form below. Upon completing form, you will receive a phone call within three business days with instructions on how to access the program. *Please note, you must have a valid phone number or email address to access the program.
