Chigamik Community Health Centre is using technology to help Midland-area residents diagnosed with cancer.

Traditionally, local patients have had to attend a chemotherapy facility to have blood tests done. To get the results, they either waited several hours or returned the next day. Now, with the Ontario Telemedicine Network, access to oncologists has been increased.
