Cette initiative vise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins en soins de sant\u00e9 en \u00e9volution dans la communaut\u00e9 de Simcoe Nord, et \u00e0 assurer la prestation de soins \u00e9quitables, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture et ax\u00e9s sur la personne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: FR-CA;\" lang=\"FR-CA\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: FR-CA;\" lang=\"FR-CA\">\u00c0 l\u2019automne de 2023, CHIGAMIK a entrepris l\u2019\u00e9laboration du plan strat\u00e9gique, car il \u00e9tait conscient des d\u00e9fis complexes et des possibilit\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me r\u00e9gional de soins de sant\u00e9. Le plan d\u00e9coule d\u2019un processus hautement inclusif qui invitait la participation d\u2019un large \u00e9ventail d\u2019intervenants, notamment les clients de CHIGAMIK, les membres de la communaut\u00e9, le conseil d\u2019administration, la haute direction, le personnel, les partenaires cl\u00e9s et les dirigeants du syst\u00e8me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: FR-CA;\" lang=\"FR-CA\"><br><\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: FR-CA;\" lang=\"FR-CA\">\u00ab<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: FR-CA;\" lang=\"FR-CA\">&nbsp;Notre <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: FR-CA;\" lang=\"FR-CA\">plan strat\u00e9gique traduit notre engagement profond envers la communaut\u00e9 et notre d\u00e9vouement \u00e0 fournir des solutions de soins de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois innovantes et r\u00e9actives<span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">,&nbsp;\u00bb<\/span> a dit Suzanne Marchand, directrice-g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du CSC CHIGAMIK CHC. <span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Nous sommes tr\u00e8s enthousiastes pour l\u2019avenir et confiants que ce plan nous permettra de mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de la population que nous desservons.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: FR-CA;\" lang=\"FR-CA\"><br><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: FR-CA;\" lang=\"FR-CA\">Le plan strat\u00e9gique accorde la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 diriger l\u2019excellence en prestation de soins \u00e9quitables, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture et ax\u00e9s sur la personne. Il vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un <span style=\"color: black;\">milieu favorable pour l\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/span>, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les partenariats pour renforcer la capacit\u00e9 collective et \u00e0 aborder les besoins nouveaux de la communaut\u00e9. De plus, le plan souligne l\u2019importance de fournir des soins complets en temps opportun, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les services adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture, d\u2019adopter les recommandations de la <span style=\"color: black;\">Commission de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et r\u00e9conciliation<\/span>, et de recourir aux outils num\u00e9riques pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;
