Join us for a weekly quit smoking support group & receive FREE Nicotine Replacement Therapy (i.e. the patch, gum, lozenges, or inhaler) to start you on your smoking cessation journey! Breakfast snacks, refreshments, and smoking cessation resources are available each week.

CBT for Anxiety Online Workshop

This online workshop will discuss Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) skills to help you better manage your anxiety. Participants will learn practical, fundamental CBT skills to help manage symptoms of anxiety and learn about additional resources and supports available in the community. Participants will leave the workshop with helpful tools that they can use in their everyday lives.
