This may include connecting you with other healthcare providers on our team, enrolling you in one of our free community programs, or connecting you to other resources in the community.

Our multi-disciplinary allied healthcare team made up of mental health counsellors, system navigators, physiotherapist, dietitian, health promoter, doulas, traditional healers, among others, are available to assist you and your family in meeting your health care needs. This provides our clients with access to the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
