Our culturally respectful services are grounded in the philosophy of client-centred care, striving for individual and community empowerment. Our primary care team looks at all the factors that contribute to an individual’s health and well-being. Clients within the clinic are assigned a family doctor and/or a nurse practitioner, as well as a nurse. Some of the services primary care provides include:

CSC CHIGAMIK CHC would like to acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Anishinaabek Nation. We would also like to acknowledge the enduring presence of the Indigenous Peoples of this region, specifically, the Chippewa Tri – Council First Nations comprised of the Beausoleil First Nation, the Chippewas of Rama, and the Chippewas of Georgina Island.
