Chigamik is pleased to offer Indigenous Massage Therapy appointments by Registered Massage Therapist, Charmaine Whitman.

Massage Therapy is used to help manage health conditions or enhance overall wellness. It involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body and can help to relieve pain, heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients.
