CHIGAMIK Community Health Centre is proud to share our 2024–2029 Strategic Plan, a five-year roadmap that reflects our commitment to equitable, culturally safe, and people-centred care for the North Simcoe community.
Developed through a thoughtful and inclusive process, this plan guides how we will continue to grow, adapt, and respond to the evolving health and wellbeing needs of the people we serve.
In the fall of 2023, CHIGAMIK began an extensive planning process grounded in listening and collaboration. Clients, community members, staff, leadership, Board members, partners, and system leaders all played an important role in shaping this plan.
Their voices, experiences, and insights helped ensure the plan reflects both the realities of our community and a shared vision for the future of care in North Simcoe.
The 2024–2029 Strategic Plan sets clear priorities to strengthen CHIGAMIK today and into the future. Key areas of focus include:
